Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days after the required product/assets and complete brief are received. If a physical product is needed, the customer is responsible for getting it to the agreed destination before the production clock starts.
Organic business-use delivery is included for the customer's own brand channels. Paid-ad licensing, whitelisting, creator-account posting, raw project files, product return shipping, talent exclusivity and additional variants are separate unless specifically agreed in writing.

Customers should provide the business/creator name, audience, goal, desired call to action, target platforms, source footage/content link, brand notes, required wording and anything that must be avoided. The customer must own or have permission to use every submitted logo, photo, video, audio, testimonial and other source asset.
Never send passwords, banking details, full payment-card data or unnecessary identity documents.
