InterState Link Logistics is developing a practical Lost & Found recovery product line designed to give keys, bags, luggage, tools, equipment and other belongings more than one way home.

Recovery KeyTag — Phase 1

The first product is planned as a battery-free QR + NFC recovery key tag. A finder can scan or tap the tag without installing an app, open a safe recovery page and contact the owner without the owner's private phone number, email or home address being displayed publicly. Location sharing will be optional and based on the finder's clear consent.

Smart Recovery Keychain — Hardware Pilot

A later smart keychain pilot is planned to add Bluetooth nearby finding. The goal is two-way finding: use a paired phone to help locate the keychain, and use a button on the keychain to request an alert on the paired phone when the app and phone operating system allow it. Exact phone-alert behavior will be tested before any performance claims are made.

Home Phone Finder

We are also developing a simple home or office finder button/puck that can stay in a known place such as a nightstand, desk or kitchen. Pressing it would request an alert on a paired phone, making it easier to find a phone that has been misplaced nearby.

Business Recovery Kits

For businesses, the concept expands to serialized recovery tags and a simple asset dashboard for tools, reusable equipment, delivery gear and mobile business assets. Our goal is to make item recovery easier without turning the system into a people-surveillance product.

Founding Testers Wanted

We are recruiting a small group of founding testers for the QR/NFC recovery workflow and future smart-finder pilots.
